TWT Celebration - Day 7

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to organize and decorate. It has to be red/black/white with some grays and sparkle thrown in. If you have followed my blog from the beginning, you have seen a few different designs in these colors now.

And if you noticed... Lorrea incorporated all of these into my portfolio site. Did you see, it even has a mini-resume like section that I just discovered. I keep finding new things on my site that I never knew were there!

Anyways....

Today, I wanted to share with you someone who inspires me each and every day. Her home is a dream. Its clean and organized. It is always perfectly decorated and I am quite certain it does not smell like little boys and a their puggle.

I long ago gave up (though I have not quit trying) to get my house to look perfect. No one ask Lorrea! She will tell ya it does... don't listen to her. Well listen to her on other stuff just not on this one.

If you have ever wondered what a dream classroom would look like... look no further than SchoolGirl Style.

It would be a dream come true to have Melanie come over and decorate my classroom for me! I study... okay drool... over the photos of the classroom's she creates. I study the shopping lists and create my own shopping lists. I scour the internet, I collect things for the day when I have my first classroom.

I may not have a lot of experience in the classroom but I can look like it! Its funny... I walk into a cooperating teacher's classroom and think "she needs to know about Melanie" or "yes, yes... very nice Melanie would approve."

Let me tell ya... I have been in 2 Melanie approved rooms. I feel so at home and relaxed and welcomed and cared for there. Yes... that is the environment I want for my students.

Not only is Melanie amazing and beautiful. She is generous and has a heart of gold! She has joined me for several giveaways and here she is again!

Melanie... thank you for always inspiring me to be creative, organized, and for motivating me to be more than I am today!!

Think, Wonder ,& Teach

Well... everyone... that is the end of my week long celebration of my blog and you! I know that there are many more who have inspired me along the way but I only had so much room in the week to share. Please know that even if I did not mention you specifically, you too have a made a difference!

Stop by on April 3rd to learn about my winners!
