My favorite colors are black and white. Most of my house is decorated in this color scheme but my sisters-in-law decided it must have some color somewhere! So I added in red. I love the colors, they are so classic that it never goes out of style.

I hate replacing things. I will spend more money the first time just so I don't have to ever buy it again. I research and study and think and plan and finally make a decision to spend money. For example... the master bedroom furniture, it took me 3 years to decide that yes this is what I really want. I spent $5,000!! But I will never have to replace it and it will never go out of style. Kinda like my dining room set I bought 13 years ago... one could never tell it is that old and it fits in perfectly. I still have people ask me when I got it and where. LOL!

I wanted the same thing for my classroom. Something I could invest in and it would never become out dated. Something that I could change around with a few tweaks here and there but for the most part remain the same. So I can do a Dr. Seuss or Ladybug or Pirates or Red Carpet or apples or so many other things to change my room from year to year without changing the core foundation of the colors.

I am just OCD like that! LOL!

  6. I am thinking about making the sanitizer bottles :) I had thought that by buying the vinyl I could just put them on sanitizer bottles.

Thanks for giving me the motivation :)
