I searched and searched the internet looking for even more resources on this topic. In true Coach B. style every resource I found was offered for FREE! It is truly amazing to me what one can find for free.
However, nothing I found matched my classroom soooo I created my own starter kit. You can get this for free at TPT. (Graphics are from WBT or digital sweets.)
Here are some close ups:
I also received so many comments from fellow bloggers saying they too use and love WBT. However, I can't find a collection of links anywhere.
SOOOOOO...
I decided to host my
FIRST LINKY PARTY!
(S~C~A~R~Y)
Now you have to join or I will feel horrible. It's my first one so if I do this wrong, my apologies. You know I will be in full OCD mode and checking every minute or two to see if anyone joined. =)
So DID you JOIN YET?

Super cute! I love the posters!! Do you just want us to link up if we use WBT strategies??? :) Or should we link up to a specific WBT post!?
ReplyDeleteThanks!

Hi Sandra!
DeleteThanks for the great comment! Please link up if you use any part of WBT. =) You can link to a specific post or your blog in general. Either works for me. I just can't wait to discover more teachers who use WBT to learn from.

Misty,
ReplyDeleteI would link up but I haven't ever used WBT in my classroom. I am learning about it since I saw it on your blog. Thanks to introducing my to it. I look forward to learning more about it.

April,
DeleteYou are more than welcome to join in on the party. Any one who is learning is welcome as I too am just discovering this amazing resource!
Misty, thanks for having this linky. I've been exploring WBT for a few months and want to learn all I can this summer so that I can perfect it in the fall! Can't wait to read everything that everyone links :)

Thanks for the linky party! Many of the blogs are WBT trainers and have been using WBT for years. Also as you know there is a forum at http://wholebrainteaching.com that is full of super helpful WBT folks
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I found this linky! I've been a fan of WBT ever since I found it close to a year ago! I'm thrilled to find so many other bloggers who use these great strategies! I'm usually at the Tuesday night free webinars with Coach B as well!

I love wbt! I have a doc on TPT for using wbt in kindergarten. It's my adaptation (I needed a listening rule) but it shares some charts and forms. And in wbt spirit... It is free. I just love sharing about wbt too and now I am going to pin this linky page so a can refer back to all of these awesome wbt teachers too! Thanks,

I am so happy I found this blog. I too use WBT in my classroom. It was nice to find some new posters for the rules. I look forward to reading all the other blogs to see how and what they do with WBT.
ReplyDeleteI have read a few of your WBT posts and am very interested in learning more. I had never heard of it before, but think it would be a great addition to my classroom. Thanks! I can't wait to dig dipper into your posts.
