My Schoolgirl Style

So I have been hinting at this for about a week now and I should be studying. I keep peeking at the preliminary files and beaming. I am so excited to share the news with all of you and Melanie said I could!

You all know this Melanie, right?? If you don't you should. She is an amazingly talented woman who makes dream classrooms come to life. She is so good that Creative Teaching Press hired her to use their products and decorate classrooms for their catalog.

Yes....
She truly is that amazing!!

AND

She is designing a
RED, BLACK, & WHITE
CLASSROOM!!!

It's taking a little longer than planned. I am good with that. I know it will be amazing. Creative Teaching is keeping her busy so this little project has to wait in line. =) I can wait... I got a sneak peek!!

I still can't believe when I said
"Can you make a classroom to match this color scheme?"
 She said YES!

So wanna peek??
Do ya??
Are you sure??

So I know my photos are never gonna be as good as hers.Sorry ya'll are stuck with this for the sneak peek. This is all the patterns that will be coming in the couture package. She is creating it so you can pick and choose which patterns you like best and simply use those.

There are big polka dots and little polka dots.
Florals and paisley.
Damask and a diamond pattern.

All in black, white, and red.
Sigh.....
So pretty!!

SO ME!!
I got my own schoolgirl style!
<happy dance>

Look for this in August (thereabouts)

If you are in a hurry to get ready for the upcoming year, Melanie has not left ya dangling in the wind. Her knew polka dot line is available. Simply purchase the red and black one and your good to go. Or her pirate one. Oh and I love the polka dots and daisy one... even if it isn't red.

That is AWESOME! I LOVE Schoolgirl Style. She has inspired me to take down the mismatched, uncoordinated, and just plain ugly items that have crept their way into my classroom over the past few years. Her blog on color selection, "hiding" the mess, and good placement is GREAT!

Congrats and I am excited to see the final product!
