Teacher of the Year & other news

I know... I am a HORRIBLE blogger. I have this habit of posting twice a day but I have some REALLY exciting news to share and I promise to behave all next week.

<--- This person right here... Melissa from a Piece of Cupcake Life is... drum roll please... TEACHER OF THE YEAR for her district. Go on click on her picture! Run over and congratulate her and follow her. (She needs more followers and she has so much to share!)

Flowers for Melissa -->

I have 199 Followers!
 I only need 1 more person to get to 200!

A funny from today...
Discussing authors and the mini-biography included in most books. I asked the silly question of what would it say if you were an author One kiddo says "It would have a classified stamp." said with a completely serious face. I went there, I asked why. A teacher should never ask why! "I an not kid appropriate."

 I start Student Teaching on Thursday!
YIKES!
I am SOOOOO nervous!

Thanks for visiting my blog Misty. My advice for you as you enter student teaching is to relax! Relax, be confident in your ability, and establish good, caring relationships with your students. The rest is cake! Good luck to you.
